Everyone on here expects us not to be mediocre. It'd be nice to make the tournament again, but our season is already a goner 8 games into the season. The salary doesn't justify the results.

Teams have to muster up and accomplish the little things that make wins. The difference between winning and losing can be very small. But if you do that one small effort over and over times everyone on the team, lo and behold, you'll find yourself winning.
We just don't have that difference. It's not only effort, it's knowing where to be, court presence, taking that foul, grabbing that rebound, making that extra pass, etc.

Those of you that have been around here a couple of years know ther I'm a big Grant supporter, but I've officially changed my stance. Fire Grant. I'm on board. I'll never hope we have a bad year to get it done, because I'll never cheer against our kids in any sport no matter the circumstance, but its clear Grant isn't going to get it done. And it sucks because he's really close and he brings a lot to the table, but he's just missing something that brings it all together. And after three years of the exact same stuff it's obvious he isn't going to find it. And again, it pains me to say that.
