My guess is the course was submitted as an alternative for a required course. To substitute for a course it has to meet the requirements of the required course including that in the course description it outlines the same Student Learning Objectives that the required course does.
I do not know the in depth situation with R Davis but advising students here at the college and dealing with transcripts that would be my guess. So it has nothing to do with passing the course if I read it right that is a HS course but does the course meet the requirements of the NCAA. Basically the same thing happened with A Hill.

Given this, I hope Tee Martin and CCH show something different on offense than they did vs Stanford & Wisconsin at the end of last season. Offense was atrocious. Yes, we ran the ball, but not well enough.
His plan this season is to pound the rock. This is great. Opens up the play-action, wears out the opponent, utilizes our big bodied offensive line, saves the new QB, etc. THAT SAID, that is when we face a less talented squad, not Alabama.
I'm hoping to see us capitalize on their Sabans' biggest worry and their fan base as well: 4 or 5 WR sets. We have tremendous depth at WR, and playmakers, USE THEM!
It will be an uphill battle if we go conservative smash-mouth football and hope JuJu runs past their 5* CB & 5* Safety as our primary game plan.
Open this game up! Alabama has never been this thin in the secondary. Take advantage of our primary strength! (skill players in the open field)
*this is only addressing the offensive side of the ball; obviously we will need to find a way to stop their power running game, but our RB's aren't 6'3", 245lbs, so…you get the idea.

I tried to get access to their boards a week ago and even sent them an email asking when they would approve my access. No answer. So if you join dont do so with Bama in your screen name. (BamaInHoustonRTR) I like to use that ID so its clear im a bama fan and i can discuss football, not troll their boards. They are some weak arse bitches though.

Far from the truth AA looked all world lately, Hump is proven and took down LF like it was easy. Harrison is a fricking head hunter, and Eddie needs no fame he has done a lot.

Saban said Bateman and Barnett are the guys expected to play Qb. Bo and Damien at Rb, and Brad bozeman at center and Ross P at RG.

They must be basing this all on the transfers in the news...even with that, we were much thinner back there in '13 and '14. Barring injuries, I think this could be our best secondary since 2012...

Listening to coach, it sounds like he just isn't comfortable with the new guy yet, so he will let the more experienced guys get out there and show what they can do.
When asked about BB, he talked about taking advantage of the receivers on the team. I guess they want to give them a shot before writing them off...

My intensity level for this season has been sky high, I was on pins and needles. Now that I know Bateman is getting the start....its just meh.
He is a damn horrible QB, I can't believe he won the job. Saban better be tricking us.
