Also, not sure what it meant (or if it meant anything or at all), but I did see wide receiver Trevon Diggs make his way to the defensive field at the end of individual drills Friday. It's worth noting because in addition to staring on offense in high school, Diggs was also a very good defensive back.

I think safety is a good fit for TB.

I have saying TB to safety for a long time now. Freakish athletic ability and speed.

Either way we know that Saban often makes new players play different positions to get an understanding of them the first week of practice.

I heard someone say, and it may have been a Bama coach, that we have the best depth on the OL then we have had. This means great competition and many changeable parts. So whoever starts at RG and RT we should be ok

don't hate Bozeman, I just remember him getting beat play after play against Ole Miss and Arkansas in 14.

Oh a freshman struggled against two good SEC DL's? Damn I'm shocked.

Cam Rob didn't get whipped every play as a true freshman in 14.

Cam Rob did struggle a bit before the bye week due to a injury. After the bye week, he played lights out.

All of the defensive backs Alabama signed in its 2016 class are working with the cornerbacks — Jared Mayden, Shyheim Carter and Aaron Robinson. Mayden and Carter appeared to be in the second group behind Marlon Humphrey and Minkah Fitzpatrick. With Maurice Smith gone and Tony Brown suspended, Mayden and Carter could be competing for the starting job at the star position, Alabama’s fifth defensive back in its nickel and dime packages

I'm not able to view this page as much as others, so maybe I just missed some huge news 1 week, and this guy isn't even on the team anymore...But where the hell is Kendall Sheffield? I thought he was the next Deion Sanders?

Dom Jackson, the RT played awful against Clemson. He had one great block the entire game, on Henry's first TD run.

He got a tryout with the Redskins as a Guard, but he didn't make it into camp.

Where's Boz when you need him? I'm hearing rumors that Barnett is looking real good so far. Granted, we haven't even had a scrimmage yet, but...would love for one of the youngsters to step forward and wrest control from Master Bateman.

Hearing a lot about Forristall in practice and how he's going to be a contributor this year. Man the weapons this year is through the charts.

I think Forristal is going to play H-Back and Hentges will play TE. OJ obviously at TE1 but when we go to 2 TE's and a h-back. I think all 3 will be on the field.

Maybe for short yard packages, but this year's receiving core is too talented to keep at least 3 off the field to keep the defense honest,
