They really haven't utilized Williams much in close games anyway. Only got two carries and four total touches against A&M and two carries and three total touches against LSU last week. I don't think much will change just from a football standpoint.

I don't see how you explain anything other than the team, or at least the defense, has quit. There have been years when Samford was a good FCS team. This is not one of those years.
If they lose this game, I don't see how Mullen survives. I'm not sure he will if they win.
What's the feel on getting him a room at the rehab clinic? There are times he looks like he's got some good offensive ideas and other times he looks lost. Assuming he can properly use a shammy, he could have some usefulness.
