I wonder how many times that's ever happened (one school having the 1st offensive and defensive player taken).
According to CBS LINK, Alabama is the first college to produce the 1st offensive player drafted and 1st defensive player drafted in the same NFL Draft since 1967.
In 1967, Mich. St. had a def. & off. player go 1 and 2 in the draft. drafthistory.com

So that means Bama is the first of the common draft era.

if it was any other team the media would be talking about it non-stop, but since it's Bama it's not celebrated or even talked about on air

Tide broke Miami's record for most consecutive years with a 1st round pick.
15 years in a row now for BAMA.
Miami had 30 picked in the 1st round during their streak. BAMA has had 44 1st rounders during their current streak.

Dallas and probably Kool-Aid and JC Latham are the most likely.

JC Latham, Kool Aid, MNoore. They have a chance to improve their stock

Malachi? Love him, but very doubtful.

He looked like a future 1st rounder his freshman year, but kind of disappeared the last 2 years. He has the potential.

How can bo pix still be in college, and in what world is someone going to draft him in the first round?

I’d take Bo Nix over any of our QBs right now and that pains me to say

Saban's (and Bama's) first #1 overall!!
Jamarcus Russell was picked first, andrecruited by Saban, right? But Saban left before he was drafted.

I guess I'd take Bowers #1 overall next year. I know he's a TE, but apparently no one can cover him. He's open every single time Georgia needs a critical pass.
And I'm only half joking. But I do think Caleb Williams is massively over hyped. Nix is the QB version of Hunter Renfrow...7 year college journey seems like.

I'd like to note that the 1st and 3rd picks of the draft did NOT sit out from a "meaningless" bowl game.
