Awful series of downs there from Miami when they were right on the cusp of blowing it open...

These real fast pass slants and curls is what Grubb needs to incorporate more.

It’s what happens when you coast through your garbage schedule.

I think the talent is there for him but mentally he becomes discombobulated when facing good or elite fronts like he did vs Texas (14 pts), Indiana (10 pts), and now Miami (0 so far)

Pouring at the Rose Bowl but at least they have a tarp on the field.

I'm sure that field is going to be a mess...doubt they have the drainage to handle this

Yes, by all accounts it's very high-tech:

QwikDrain System: The Rose Bowl installed this matrix, which involves perforated pipes and a specific base of materials.

Layered Construction: The system uses layers of sand (around 6 inches) over the drain matrix, providing both drainage and a proper growing medium for the turf.

Collection & Evacuation: Water filters through the sand, enters the drain pipes, and is carried downhill to a collection area or storm drain system, ensuring rapid removal from the surface.

Engineered Slopes: The field itself has precise slopes designed to direct surface water towards these drainage points.

Man, I've spent some time trying to figure out how to DIY a lasting underground drainage system for my home (take the downspouts underground, french drains, etc). This sounds like they really did spare no expense.
