First, yes he has issues. He holds the ball too long, he misses open receivers, and he doesn't check down. However, Coach BOB has to shorten the routes and tell His QB, it's 1 2 3 release. Not rocket science. Cmon coach.

BoB's plan is a joke, but Milroe has looked absolutely lost.
