No doubt. Jerry Jones is paying Dak 50+ million per year to win 10 games or less each year.

And to think he can go out and instantly dominate at the NFL level. Only this site full of superfans and nerds believe that.
literally no one on here believes that.

Wish him all the best and goodbye.

I'm kind of impressed to see that we have so many people on the site who (apparently) actually catch the reference.

Shanahan had nothing to do with selecting Lance. The owners wanted a black QB and they got one.

It's crazy because at time he is playing decent and just allows something that has nothing to do with him to affect him so badly he turns to pure shite.

Doesn't every player on Bama's roster make more money than the players on the Stallions?
Potentially, but it would be shocking for Milroe to be making more next season than any pro at any level.

He’d be the starter next year guaranteed at AU, OU, MSU, MIZZOU, VU, ARK and probably OM just off the top of my head. You think he couldn’t start at 90% of the B10? Wisconsin almost beat Oregon and their QB wouldn’t have beat out Lonergan or Holstein from the last two years.
Delusion right here.

Josh Allen is going to get a lot of coaches fired because every team thinks they can turn a raw but high ceiling guy into the next Josh Allen.
Josh Allen wonderlich 37/50.

Which of those schools wouldn’t he start for?

Milroe may actually be a better pro than college football player. The NFL shows us every week that quarterbacks who extend plays are what they want. He may never be the quarterback that goes through progressions and stands in the pocket as a field genera
This thread is comedic gold!

I don’t know maybe on or two in desperation.

This thread reminds me of you guys talking yourselves into believing Slade Bolden was going in the 3rd or 4th round.
Milroe is a “project QB”. I think he has a unique skillset that may be developed over time in the right place.
I see him drafted in round 3 and that’s an excellent spot for him.

I didn’t say he was stupid. But he was very much a raw QB. They had to completely rework a lot of his mechanics. Obviously he had to learn to read defenses better too. That’s all a very tall task and most QBs won’t be capable of it. A lot of coaches think they can teach everything outside of speed and arm strength but that’s not true for most players

There is no one on this board who can say with metaphysical certitude what Milroe will do in the pros. This is a Bama sports board so naturally people are only interested in what the guy has or hasn't done for us, but folks should know by now that the NFL ... and I don't think it's really changed since college football has essentially become pro football as well if you define that as getting paid ... is a different animal.
I think he will be a second-round pick. It would not surprise me given the affinity for projects in the league for him to be a first-round pick. I'm not really going to sit up nights worrying about it and I'm not going to gnash my teeth and throw a fit and resent why he couldn't do it for us if lightning strikes and he becomes a perennial all-pro and winds up in Canton. Unless he plays for the Raiders ... who have been my NFL team for 50 years ... I'm no more concerned about what Milroe does in the NFL than I am about how any other Bama player does in the NFL.

Yep.
Our defense gives up 4th and 9 for a TD against SC. They pan to Milroe and he looks like he's shook.
We precede to hand SC another 5 points before half ends.
Part of this is on the coaches by the way. Why the hell do you press there? Saban would see it and shut things down immediately.

I will inflict a self-ban if this happens.
Some NFL GM is asking to get fired if they do this IMO

Milroe is a better player than Anthony Robinson and that guy was a top 10 pick.
I don't care how much you guys hate Milroe. He is better and had a better career than AR15 at Florida.
If he wasn't such a mental midget he could have actually won that Heisman he embarrassingly demanded last season and he would have left Alabama this year with two national championship (yes even with Set hiking balls to the crowd and sidelines).
