I played 1A ball and coming up on 20 years ago my freshman year, we had a 6’6” dude. Which for small school 1A ball was big time. However, this dude wouldn’t dunk, he wouldn’t rebound, he wouldn’t get physical..we hated this dude cause we knew what he could’ve been if he would’ve been physical and got after it on the boards and been a menace like he could’ve been. He was taller than 90% the big boys that we played but he was soft and got bodied. We lost in the area title game didn’t even make the playoffs.
Reminds me of Sherrell. Dude is soft as jello on the boards. He’s got the height, the talent, but he just gets worked on boards. I didn’t get it then, I don’t get it now
