The reason he went to Thailand as soon as he was fired is because he already has the Bama job. He’s taking a long vacation before getting back to the grind. That’s why we aren’t hearing any rumors of OCs being interviewed. Imho

NFL HCs and OCs can lose their buyout if they are not interviewing for jobs. Kliff knows he’s got a job already that’s why he’s not interviewing.

How do you or anyone know that he has not done zoom interviews? Are they required to post in a database where they have applied for jobs etc like you would do on unemployment?

Rodak mentioned Eagles QB coach Brian Johnson as a possibility in this article. I'm sure he could do wonders with Milroe at QB.

You realize we had a coach on our staff who left his wife and kids and started dating someone named Pole Assassin that also had an emotional support monkey, right?

Going on a long vacation with his smoke show girlfriend after getting paid millions of dollars not to work is a red flag for you? I mean I wouldn't be particularly enthused by the hire, but not because of his personal life.

I guess I'm just old school, and that's laughed at by a portion of today's society.
Most people see/think of class, and dignity, when they see Nick, and Mrs Terry. Back in the day, Gene Stallings, John Mark, and that entire family, was the epitome of class representing Alabama. Coach Bryant was revered by everyone as a true southern gentleman, heck, how many other coaches go to the other teams locker room to congratulate them after beating your team ?
As I said, I'm old school, and that just aint cool these days, but I don't want a coach coming to Alabama that has a wife/girlfriend that thinks it's cool to post butt pics, or bikini pics, all over social media.....thinking that their little anorexic self is the next worlds greatest super model.
PS: Yes, I HATE social media, and I wish tiktok, instagram, facebook, and all of them would get hacked and never return !

Having your opinions and standards are fine. It is just kind of crazy to believe that coaching hires should be based on the social media of the coaches girlfriends and wives . It also weird that you are projecting that standard on the Coach Saban and his wife and that would be relevant. I have a hard time believing that Saban comes home and goes, I am planning on hiring Coach X and MS. Terry says well before you finalize it, let me go fire up the Gateway desktop and clear their partners social media presence. Especially since we already know the behavior of some of the coaches Saban as hired. It is all good though, it just doesn't add up is all.
