not only is his music terrible in general but he also wrote "Young ladies, young ladies I like 'em underage, see some say that's statutory but I say it's mandatory"
Whoa... that's pretty gross.

I appreciate the effort but there is a significant subset of the population here that doesnt believe raping children is bad.

In the same vein they love Ted Nugent despite him having an entire song dedicated to a fantasy where he explicitly rapes a 12 year old, gets busted and then pimps her out to the cops so he doesnt get arrested.

.

I mean, the Beatles, Stones, Bruce Springsteen, etc all had songs about being romantic with underage women. Not saying that its right, but saying that people rationalizing such things for political or whatever biased reasons =

They think that raping children is a natural bi-product of their masculinity and have no issues with it,

is quite a stretch, and pretty dumb.

True. And a lot of them participated. Raping a 12 year old and pimping her out is not "being romantic", thats a crazy word choice in context to Kid Rock's "Not statutory but mandatory". They also dont just get a pass for it just because they lived in a time where society hadn't come to terms with the realities of child rape. Kid Rock wasnt singing about this in the early 70s, he was doing it in the 2000s.

Horrible look for Alabama.

See if googling Ted Nugent SEC Poli boards pulls up any threads lmao.

You want me to prove that Kid Rock isn't white trash? I'm sorry, but as much as I'd love to help you out I cannot perform miracles.

What would you say if it were a rapper?

I see you put your BS BLM avatar back up.

You and that other dipshit are the ones deciding to turn a discussion about a bad musician whose niche audience is the kind of rural Midwesterner who unironically has a Confederate flag bumper sticker on his old, busted piece of shite truck into something political just because he supports your team.

Strange question. Absolutely. What in the world makes you think I would not have a problem with a rap artist raping children? The question itself suggests that you have a wildly off base perception of reality.

I have never removed it. Tbh, I dont even remember its there 99% of the time because I hardly ever view the board on a desktop. Thats wild behavior imo. Nothing BS about it though.

As someone who loves moonshine, has spent a whole lot of time at my family's rural compound and who's wife is from a trailer park in Montgomery, Kid Rock ain't white trash. He's a fricking yuppie from suburban Detroit who puts on an act to make money. He is a Yankee caricature of a Southern man and its all overwhelmingly offensive. If he stayed up in the UP and didnt sample Lynyrd Skynyrd it would be fine but thats not the case.

Not understanding the hate for him. He has matured, loves Bama the state, and has changed some of his lyrics. He's lost band members because of the change in direction he took.

I posted about it when you changed it. You might want to be careful about that other stuff you are posting.

in what world is Kid Rock a positive in any asepct of life? Much less a college football program he has 0 connection to.

Have you listened to any of his new music? He's changed a lot over the years.

You don't think having a internationally known star associated with our program is a good thing? Anytime you can get a star willingly coming to your games it's a good thing. Kids that we recruit see that.

Oh I realized you didnt clarify why you thought it would be different if it was a rapper raping children.
