People don’t like Kid Rock for two reasons:
Early 2000’s - counterculture clash against rap and hip hop when he was at his peak.
Today - Attaching himself to a historically unpopular president, very publicly at that. Not the first time he’s tried Dem (Obama/Clinton) or Republican wise (Bush)
I can promise you no one was concerned with Kid Rock circa 2016 or his race ever.
