Jesus Christ, stop knighting for him. He's the starter. That's not going to change.

They know that Hurts isn't gonna be able to sling the ball deep or intermediately with success.

He's done both successfully this season.

I'm watching UF vs Tenn... you have no idea how bad some of these QB's are. There is a loooong list of teams that would trade their shitty QB for Hurts in a fricking nanosecond.

The OL is going to be the difference between winning a title or not this season. Not Hurts.

Tua can throw the ball AND run.

Tua is much slower than hurts. He wouldn't have even 50% of the success.

He already beat the best defense we will face this year. Tua will be a good starting QB at Bama for one year, that being his senior year.

LSU and Auburn may have something to say about that.

LSU and Auburn may have something to say about that.

Not to mention the defenses we'll face in the playoffs.

Data, like you've been saying, we play to Hurts' running ability, and hope for the best. I just don't see how we can beat a team like Oklahoma, or some team that has an offense that can slice up our pass defense.

I think Saban is grooming Tua to possibly take the reigns later in the season. Of course it depends on how well Tua proves himself, but I could see a scenario where Tua trots out there if it looks like we're in trouble.

Well brother we can't just sit and always bring up the kid's weakness. He is playing well so far and is making big plays on the ground and the air. Just relax and enjoy good football and we will worry about LSU, the barn and playoffs when the time comes.

I feel like there are more people irrationally defending hurts than criticizing him today.

Most people think he played a pretty good game and have said as much.

I think it was a very small percentage of people who thought Tagovailoa was better. Most everyone recognizes that Hurts is the best QB on the roster. That doesn't mean he's not limited.
