And I would argue that the 86-87 team had even more potential.
Sadly, many of our hoops fans are like LSU football fans. They don’t think the sport began before 2000.

Alabama should have played the undefeated 1976 Indiana squad in the Final Four or title game if they actually seeded the tournament back then.
