Wow, there are some really stupid people in that comments thread.
One guy said he couldn't see the or condition everyone referred to. I guess people like him explain how politicians get elected.

Auburn boards are even funnier. The same old same old, convinced that the REC, SEC, NCAA, FIFA, the US Government and Illuminati are all working to keep down Auburn and keep Alabama football king. Could never possibly be that we're a better program.

Not the ones I saw. Before the game, they wouldn't even look us in the eye, much less smile or engage in conversation. Don't know if they were just arrogant or scared.
During the game we were pretty much surrounded and they were TERRIBLE. After the onside kick one 30 something blonde was ready to fight. Two 40 something women were laid out drunk on the floor of a women's restroom during 3rd quarter.
On our shuttle bus a Bama fan came on and very politely nodded his head at my sister and I and quietly said Roll Tide. A pre teen aged kid told him to "shut the frick up" and his dad gave him a high 5. My husband called me while on the bus and I was talking as low as I could and the orange guy in front of my keep telling me to shut up.
So no, I would not say the fans were awesome.
