Someone else. I don’t “blame” sark tonight but he did have a few shitty calls. We completed an 80 yard bomb when they were expecting it. Smitty was beating Stingley like a rented mule and he barely dialed it up. The defense lost the game though. Can’t put this one on Sark when don’t stop the other offense

No. The defense made at least two stops, offense gets the ball, and Sark makes crucial calls where our offense went wide and one thing LSU's defense can do is run because they have safeties playing LB, and LBers playing DE. That was on Sark. Also, Tua's interception before halftime was a Sark call. When your defense is playing a good offense and you don't do squat with the ball due to play calling that doesn't fit this game that's on you. I give Sark a D+ for this game. The offense succeeded against LSU in spite of him.

I give Sark another year.

As many mistakes he made.. Tua made.

The defense however was a nightmare and has been one the entire year.

Golding has to go. Don't really care about his prodigy status or how many schools wanted him before he exposed himself.

bullshite. No other QB save a few playing on Sundays could overcome that dog shite play calling of Sark's but Tua. Tua succeeded in spite of Sark today.

And, the defense played well but the offense was sputtering due to play calling by Sark when the defense made stops.

Sark didn't fumble on the goal line. He also didn't throw that INT before the half ended or over throw a wide open receiver when the DB fell down.

Sark didn't drop a wide open touchdown pass either.

He wasn't good, but he figured things out and made the calls from third quarter onward which showed progress.

It amazes me how you expect the OC to be perfect, yet gloss over how badly a hole the QB stuffed us in that first half.

It's not just me. Saban was disappointed in the offense after the first half. Najee gets a 7 or 8 yard carry on first down and Sark couldn't even get another first down because he got stupid and went wide and we were punting again. The play calling was terrible! And, this was after a stop by the defense.

I don't expect an OC to be perfect but I expect him to know he's playing against a defense that is fast.

I was disappointed with the play calling.

However that wasn't why we were down 20 points. Our QB who you are protecting like an endangered species is why..

Also on one hand you hang Sark for the first half, on the other you're defending Golding in other threads.

Idk, but 1) we'd probably just replace him with another shitty-to-ehh hire (that everyone would talk themselves into and defend as if he was their mother... until late next season), 2) Sark wasn't good today, but if you're put together a blame list, he should be under quite a few other guys, and 3) we're almost definitely stuck with him for at least another year.

The only problem with losing Stark is we lose Bryce Young.. but if his play calling can’t get better than it doesn’t matter if we have Brees back there.

I expect my QB to secure the ball and not fumble on the goal untouched.

I expect my QB to read after the snap amd not blindly throw in coverage when LSU in obviously dropping into zone.

You can't just point the finger at the OC because the reality is if Tua doesn't make one of these mistake we win with this OC and inspite of our defense.

It's so hypocritical to try to blame Sark for the entire offense when our QB was so bad for so long and our suppose to be bestest ever WR dropped a TD pass.

You expect all that out of a guy who missed practice and who had surgery? Tua was definitely rusty in that first half. But, Sark made some play calls that had me thinking he was hitting the sauce.

That would be my first choice. But, that ain't happening, unfortunately.

I've never been a fan of the Sark hire and Sark didn't call a great game, today. We could have won with it, anyway, though, had our quarterback not gifted the other team 14-20 points.

However, Pete Golding is the GLARING weak link on this coaching staff (followed by Jeff Banks and Kyle Flood in a not-too-distant 2nd and 3rd place).

Golding HAS GOT to go.

Having surgery kept him from holding onto the ball when NOBODY touched him?

Oh, ok.
