It’s time to move on from Milroe. One more loss and we are out.

Milroe wins you a bunch of games at QB. Problem is he’ll also lose some for you.

Other issue penalties. That isn’t helping and is a travesty. Extremely sloppy play

F Um, let them leave today. You have to forget this year and try to avoid having to do this in 2025. Get ahead now with the players you THINK you will have for next season.

It’s amazing how it’s the same three posters on here who constantly gaslight for Milroe. Not referring to you. No one with a working brain would defend him at this point.

Look, Milroe is the hardest possible QB type to discuss reasonably. Jalen Hurts was in the same category.

Why?

Because they have talent that’s off the charts. Milroe can flat out do things many starting QBs in the NFL can’t.

He’s the fastest race car on a straightaway that doesn’t handle well in the turns. That car isn’t going to win the race.

The insanely hot stripper with a heart of gold who just can’t quite seem to get it together. Doesn’t mean you should marry her.

People can easily get focused on what something could become and overlook what they currently are.

Jalen was 2nd in espn ratings from TN on last year behind Jayden Daniels. When his mind is right even with his limitations he’s probably the best QB in the country. Just ask UGA.

I think Milroe should be benched.
Thought the same thing about Hurts.

I also think Jalen Milroe could be an NFL MVP one day. He’s legitimately that talented. Thought the same thing about Hurts and I actually think Milroe is more talented and Hurts was close to winning NFL MVP last year at one point.

But just because someone could become something eventually doesn’t mean they’re ready to be what you need right now.

And the hard truth is Jalen Milroe just isn’t a good enough QB to win championships with at the moment.

His father is a coach, and Simpson gave his commitment to Alabama.

Nothing personal to you, but more a sad example of how bad things have gotten you're trying to understand why Simpson would stay and his commitment, honor, and representing his family dont even cross your mind.

Simpson is the guy people think Milroe is. If milroe loses the job last year he transfers immediately.

Milroe is a politician and he's played the coaches, media, and his own team like a fiddle

I can say I honestly believe most of the team played hard and it meant something to them. You could definitely see the frustration on the faces of many of the players. I think it’s time for Simpson to get some very meaningful snaps, or we are looking at not only the rest of this season, but next season too. I’m not buying the parody bull crap, We should have and could have won both games we lost by 20+ points.

Nothing. This entire thing that Milroe only plays because the players was created online.

Milroe played because he has the highest ceiling.

Milroe shouldn't play anymore because he has now shown us he will not reach it

For KDs sake, if he does it I hope he has a talk with a few people and gets the support he needs. This isn’t “his” team yet. But he needs to have free rein now to stamp his name on the program going forward. Let him bite the bullet now and possibly next year so he can clean house of anyone that isn’t buying into Alabama football.

If you believe BAMA is going to lose 4 of the next 5 or 3 of the next 5 WITH Milroe, what's the purpose of staying with him?

I understand that you don't want to "lose the locker room" but perhaps that's exactly what's needed. DeBoer is a winner. The difference DeBoer at UW and BAMA is at UW he brought the starting qb with him to UW because the starter there, Dylan Morris, transferred to James Madison this year and is currently the backup qb as a senior.

DeBoer is also adjusting to the loss of his OC, Grubb. I don't think you can easily replace somebody that's been with you for as long as they were together. It isn't something he's ever had to do professionally.
I believe DeBoer is a winner. I think BAMA is a difficult job. It doesn't take a BAMA guy to win here or recruit here. What it takes is time. Saban had to purge the program when he got here. DeBoer has to be given the same opportunity as Saban.

Everyone has a bad game every now and then. But Milroe has strung together 3 and 1/2 games of putrid and is trending in the wrong direction. Milroe has earned some time on the sidelines. It doesn’t have to be a permanent change, but DeBoer has to make the switch to Simpson if for no other reason than to shake things up. It’s time. Maybe it’s a wake up call to Milroe to get his shite together Maybe Simpson steps in and jump starts the offense. Something has to be done. You can’t leave a player in that is not performing. It isn’t fair to the players busting their arse every day to try and get on the field. It sets a bad precedent. And that should go for anyone not giving their best effort. I’d rather lose with walk ons busting their arse every play than lose with a bunch of prima donnas half assing it every play.

He showed a little fire yesterday with the officials during the time our player faked the fallout injury.

That crew of officials is F terrible. When I say the Head guy, I knew we were done. The official on the side of Bama was the fuker that made 90% of the flags yesterday. He is a nerdy looking guy, and he does the same thing each week no matter which game he and that crew are assigned. It's like he gets a bonus for each call.

One guy you mentioned has an extremely high football IQ. The other has basically none. That's the biggest reason why it's a ridiculous comparison.
