Both teams will be good. Clemson will miss their guys that got drafted and so will we.

Talent-wise the teams match up well. Still going to be difficult for Alabama to deal with Lawrence and those receivers. Hopefully Clemson's DL in particularly takes a step back which will help Alabama finish those drives they came up empty on to keep pace.

I think it is mostly going to be up to Alabama's coaches to adjust. Clemson was better prepared and had a better scheme last year.

ETA: of course the two teams might not even play. No guarantees in college football even though these two teams look like the top 2.

Getting by UGA the past 2 years has proved extremely daunting for us. This year will be no exception.

Clemson has a big advantage no matter who they play first round. With that weak sister schedule they will be able to identify who their likely opponents are and have a book on them far in advance of the actual game.

If I had to guess, I'd predict us to beat them convincingly if we see them again.

Yep. They are stacked with talent and Kirby is solid. Need to figure out a way to play better in the first half against those guys.

Tua and the veteran OL, veteran receivers, and veteran RBs really need to just wreck shite this year. Sark needs to put them in a position to dominate. No excuses. This is the year, next year is a rebuild.

Clemson got half a season off to rep us in every practice, including during bowl prep for Notre Dame
