Will go down as the best at their position in Bama history?

I got

RB - Ingram
WR - Julio
OL - Jones
DB - Fitty(if he does go down as the best. Langham is hard to dethrone)

Too many great ones - but I like:

RB - Henry
best combination of power and speed I've seen at Bama - I never remember him being caught from behind.

Don Hutson or Amari Cooper deserve some thought here, I think.

They do deserve it and to be honest, picking between the three of them is impossible. Let’s just say it’s a 3 way tie lol

I'm not sure he'd be in my top 2 or 3.

I think Julio had too many drops for me to put him over Cooper.

ingram would be on down the list for me. henry, alexander, musso then either ingram or ogilvie.

i'd definitely put cooper ahead of julio.

Cooper at receiver and Ingram should be in the conversation as should Henry. Of course you have to go with Blake Sims at quarterback mainly just because I said so. Blake is my favorite Bama player of all time so I am partial to the man.

Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Stop the presses.

You've been hard on Jalen Hurts but Blake Sims is your favorite Bama player of all time.

And we are leaving out D. Thomas, C. Bennett and LeeRoy at LB why? Our defense gets no respect.

I remember fondly Thomas terrorizing QBs during Saban's first few years. Good times.

I'd take Sims over Hurts.

Don is definitely number 1 if we're including pro careers. Just based on college though, it's Cooper for sure.

Wasn't really the question. You can think Sims is better than Hurts. I have no problem with that. But to say Sims is your favorite player while complaining about Hurts is kind of crazy.

Why? The only thing they have in common is the color of their skin. This point is dumb.

Don't know about all time, but for the Saban era only:

QB- AJ
RB - Henry
WR - Cooper
OL - Jones
TE - Howard
DB - Fitz
LB - Foster
DL - Allen

QB has no competition.

RB has to be Henry, he had size and speed and even while breaking all those records is the most under-rated RB ever.

WR - Cooper because of what he did. He got open in a way I've never seen another WR do at Alabama. Julio is a physical guy and huge play maker, can't go wrong with picking him either, just different style and it's because of Julio that we got a player like Cooper.

OL - Jones I guess. It's kind of hard for me to pick anyone specific, but I gave it to Jones because he played so many positions and was versatile. Maybe not the most talented, but just a good all around dude.

TE- Howard, shame we didn't get to use him more. Would have been even better with AJ.

DB - Fitz - everything I mentioned about Barrett + the talent.

LB - Foster. Boy this one was hard and I'm not sure I picked correctly here to be honest. But damn he is such a monster.

DL - Allen by a mile. May be my favorite player of all time.
