The lulls that Alabama goes through in the middle of the first half is just amazing. I’ve grown accustomed to expecting them to make a ride to end the half strong. Let’s hope the second half we come out and score 60.

We started playing good defense and immediately see the results. We need some scorers for the second half. Hope Sherrell and Bowen keep scoring. Philon and Wrightsell start hitting some threes.

We have basically played one game in two weeks. So maybe we just needed that first half to get back in a flow.

I think the issue with the balls bring overinflated is real. Every shot was off there for a while, and it seems like the players are having trouble hanging onto it.
Oats complained about it before, but I hate that they switch the balls for the tourney. Just an insane thing to do, plus it looks awful, just a way too bright orange.

We’ve only had one good game in the last 3 and that was against a quit arse Auburn team with full house in Coleman. This first half seems like a continuation of a theme but I’m just going off box score.

ETA: The SEC uses the EVO NXT for their tournament, too. Ole Miss didn't seem to have an issue with it.
