They shouldn't.

Ruggs, Smith, Leatherwood, and Moses are all thinking of coming back.

Thinking? So if they don't come back, you're still right because they "thought" about it.

Once again, info inside with absolutely no basis. But thanks for your service.

My God, you are a huge pussy.

Did Julio Jones, Mark Ingram or Marcel Dareus skip our bowl game in 2010 when we were 9-3?

Hell no.

Jaylon Smith's injury in the bowl game for Notre Dame made it where the players are better off taking care of themselves instead of competing in a bowl game most would deem "meaningless."

I see your point but things have changed in the past ten years. We just haven't had to deal with it because we've been in the CFP or a BCS bowl so often.

Oh, boy. Imagine Saban "expecting" the players to play the bowl game, and then one of them getting hurt in the bowl game.

Maybe Saban is expecting them to play because they told him they would. I doubt he told them that he expects them to play. There's a difference.

Dude stop. We get that you don’t think that Boz has any inside sources, but can you stop posting your rhetoric. We get it you don’t agree with him. Next time, just downvote him and move it along.

Clarification? Did he speak with them and tell them he expected them to play or does he expect them to play based on his conversation with them? Little bit of a difference.

Agreed. I haven't been on here that long but I've never seen Boz bragging or trying to act all important like some guys who claim to have "sources". He just relays what he's hearing in a TIFWIW manner.

Stop this nonsense.

Leatherwood ain't going in the first round and neither is Dylan.

Every year it never fails that Bammers or media overrate the draft value of our players. This only hurts us.

Smith will be probably be the #2 behind Justyn Ross in next years draft. Maybe # 3 behind Rondale Moore.

I agree. When he runs 4.2 at the combine, there’s ZERO chance he gets past the Raiders in the first

There is a good chance he goes to the Raiders but not because he’ll be super fast. Al Davis died a long time ago.

Diggs for what it is worth has been in every 1st rd mock draft I have seen including the latest CBS one where they have him at 14th. I did not see Tua in the mock.

If I was an NFL team I would draft Diggs 4th round at best

Moses has been consistently mocked in the 1st round both before and after his injury. Based on predraft mocks and industry "experts" I've seen the following guys mentioned as 1st rounders Tua, Juedy, Ruggs, Leatherwood, Wills, McKinney, Lewis, and Moses. Diggs used to be in most 1st round mocks but his play down the stretch seems to have knocked him out. Recently I've also seen Smitty sneak into the back end of a few 1st round mocks. Everyone knows they're not all going in the 1st but seems a lot of em have a chance. The 1st round of the draft is notoriously hard to predict because teams are all trying to disguise their intentions and so many teams value players and positions differently.

Mack and Deonte are coming back too. I keed, I keed.

It's hard for these kids to tell an adult something they don't want to hear. All of these kids are good kids and do right.

It's up to parents, handlers, agents to tell the Bama staff these kids are not coming back.

Out of that list I thing Ruggs won't be back.

I think the first rounders won't play, and we will see a statement like "player x will enter the draft and will not play in the bowl game"

Are we being too hard on Diggs? I pretty much feel the same way you guys do, but thinking back on it, his only bad game was against LSU. And there are a lot of good dbs that looked bad against LSU this season.

Diggs does make some incredible plays sometimes. But what I think may keep him in the 1st round are his measurables. You don't see a lot of corners 6'2" 207. The average nfl corner is 5'11" 190ish.

Absolute trash which fools our fanbase and our players yearly. Leatherwood, McKinney, Lewis and Moses are no way in the first round.

Ruggs would be lucky to make the first round this year because the WR class is so deep.

Happens every year. What did they mock Mack Wilson and the others last year???

Now where did they actually get drafted?

This crap hurts our ability to retain juniors and part of me believes the media does this hype bullshite on purpose to unsettle our juniors so they leave early.
