At least until the end of year one… We have to give the man a chance. There will be some roster turnover but we will be ok. Roll Tide and carry on!

I’m excited for this year. Haven’t felt like we had built in excuses for losses and rightful underdog status in a while. Should be a fun and wild season with a lot of pressure off the program for a change.

Yeah, there are. Just because they don't come out and say it, doesn't mean they either - (a) want another direction immediately, thinking all is lost.... or (b) acting in bad faith.
If you don't see nefarious forces, working behind the scenes in this forum alone, I don't know what to tell you.

Agree. There are several ways to build a winning program. Saban chased stars, and when we had great coordinators and position coaches, that worked. DeBoer choses to build through team commitment that requires better developers.
Look at the crap defenses we had with Goulding and the past two offenses from BoB and Rees. Saban admitted he was having trouble getting top staff.

I believe we are about to see the opposite of what Nick Saban has done at Alabama, in that we now have a staff that coaches and develops players instead of relying on recruiting more talented players.
And I’m excited. This staff is elite.

The problem is not the fans getting behind DeBoer, it is DeBoer getting in front of the portal and denying entry that's the problem.
