I was really impressed with him yesterday. He should easily step into the signal caller position at Mike linebacker next year.

He was absolutely ridiculous yesterday. That is the LB play I want to see out of our guys.

Exactly and then you have the opposite with No. 10.

If he continues to play at the level he did against Kansas State and continues to improve at the rate he has, he will end up a first team All-American.

Murphy is gonna be a huge upgrade over #10

Between Lawson, Murphy, Campbell, Blackshire, Jefferson (JUCO), and Russaw - we should have solid ILB play and depth next year. Really hope the Pruitt rumors are true regarding him joining the staff for next year; I’m ready for our ILBs to start playing with some controlled anger again.

#10 played with good effort but maybe didn’t measure up to fan expectations. Especially considering how hard CNS recruited him. Hope he gets a spot in the league and does well.

But can’t wait to see what DL32 and KM 43 can do with all the reps.

Murphy looks like a beast. He was underrated as a recruit. Campbell passes the eye test, too. He is an impressive looking athlete.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how well Murphy could run with pass catchers when he got into the game vs. KSU.

I disagree. He makes the same mistakes over and over again and especially in coverage. He takes bad angles misses tackles..it's rinse and repeat. The play in the Sugar Bowl where he let the TE just run by him while he was caught peaking in the backfield happened all of the time.
I can't see him anything other than a free agent.
