I've never been to Seattle and I don't think there's anything to this supposed rumor. But let's be honest here, Tuscaloosa is not very nice outside of the campus area. The campus is beautiful and they've done a nice job cleaning up the strip to a large extent and redoing parts of downtown. But there are large parts of Tuscaloosa that are not desirable places to live.

4 weeks ago, AD Byrne had his feet propped up on his desk reading the Wall Street Journal, but today he probably isn't feeling as comfortable as he was the day after UGA left T-town.

It has do who said the rumors. Those posters (especially Boz) are considered trusted sources on here. This OP is a poster with a handful of posts thus no one is going to trust him.
In addition I think it's obvious to a lot of people that there are some attitude issues going on with the team given their undisciplined play and Moore's outburst so it's a believable rumor.
Of course that doesn't mean any of these rumors are 100% right or wrong just giving an explanation

One of the rumors is actually believable and can potentially be traced back to a lot of the issues from last year's team, which have clearly carried over and festered on the 2024 squad, while the other doesn't really matter at all and is just troll bait garbage.

It’s so dumb. Guy makes $12 million a year and can afford to keep his Seattle home. No one thinks the quality of life is better in west Alabama than Seattle. DeBoer is here to coach football and advance his career. The wife can split her time between the two places. Guarantee you she likes cashing the checks.
