What are your thoughts on this guy as DC? He did a good job at LSU. He’s on the hot seat and currently trailing SMU. BTW, Pruitt ain’t coming, I’m talking about real possibilities.

So it comes down to one game and not a career?

For some reason, every time I hear that guy's name, I think, "Hey, isn't that the guy from the old Jefferson-Pilot 11:30 a.m. games from the 90s and early 00s?"

Had to look him up. Dave Rowe.

Aranda was an above average DC. I don't think he is/was a home run DC. Kevin Steele equivalent.

You know who would be an interesting hire as DC? Mark Stoops.

He’d still coach laps around Kane

Is Mark Stoops not on the hot seat. Although the winningest coach at UK.... they are mid-low SEC team after what 13? 16 years?

Stoops gets an auto extension for winning 7 games. Built into the contract

Kentucky won't ever move on from him so long as he keeps them around 7-8 wins a year. He's Kirk Firentz of the SEC

Iowa and Kentucky are the types of football programs that should be happy with that level of achievement. Stoops will probably coach there until he retires.
