Kenny Darby? Is it possible for a WR to go up the middle for 2 yards?

To hear our “insiders” they feel good about it because of the area that he’s from and it’s closer to Baton Rouge.

Me personally, not going trust in Mississippi kid to sign on the dotted line when the time comes.

This is the only logical position to take when talking about a recruit from the Sip.

Feels like this could be a Dakorian Moore 2.0 situation. Granted, I know very little about him or his relationship with the LSU staff.

If he could be 2 yards with that OL, even with Alabama's current mediocre OL, he could get at least 5.

He averaged 4.3 ypc on 95 carries in 3 seasons in the NFL. Hope 3 years gave him some kind of pension and/or healthcare. Still remember how he would pull his mother like a horse and plow to strengthen his legs when he was a boy dreaming of playing, I think, for Alabama. I think of him from time to time. Hope he's doing well.

I believe you have to last at least five years in the league to get an NFL pension.

I just checked, should have before I posted - it's 3 NFL credited (3 or more games on a roster) seasons. Darby made it, had 3 seasons, with 10, 14, 16 games played, 1 more season with 1 one game played but could have been on the roster for more games), so congrats to him. Made my day.

Thanks for the answer - made me look.

My apologies if I missed it but has anyone seen a list of recruits visiting this weekend?

If what Kirby said is accurate, USC is paying a total of 520,000 purely for commitments (20k per recruit, 26 recruits). Wild
