He also fumbled several times when he did get his chances to show out. That KO return fumble vs USF was brutal after a terrible first half.

thats silly. The starting 2 had 90 receptions between the 2 of them and not all 90 of those came on go routes.

Throwing to nothing but the outside and deep balls. Just wait until he enters the draft and they talk about his fear of throwing over the middle or guys who are right in front of him.

“Jimmy Johns“
Now that’s a name I haven’t heard in awhile.

What are you talking about? I didn’t say he was Joe Montana over the middle but I do know 100% sure that 90 receptions from 2 receivers was not all outside and go routes. I also know 90% of the TE catches were over the middle.

In no way am I defending or even praising Milroe on his passing ability. My point remains when you have 10 catches in the year and 50% of those are pop passes MAYBE your production has something to do with YOU.

I will never understand the LAW (Milroe) mentality. Dude was an amazing athlete but not a great WR (QB) and obviously couldnt or wouldnt switch to RB. He had 3 years in the program and production was about the same all of those years.

Adjusted just a little...

I'm glad this is finally being discussed. Kendrick Law sucked. At Alabama, all of our starting WRs should be draftworthy. Get these scrubs tf outta here!

He also made him punch the UT defender. Everything that hampered Law was Milroe's fault.

Congratulations Keelon Russell ? – the 2025 @Gatorade National Football Player of the Year.

Seems like just yesterday on the Rant, it was "Lol Bama reduced to flipping SMU QB's without Saban."

So satisfying to go from that to watching this dude climb to a consensus 5 star, and now winning this national award. Great stuff.

I must not have been very clear with my post. I did not intend to imply that any of Law's issues were because of Milroe. My point was to replace references to Law with references to Milroe. The same post could be made about either of them.

Honestly I'm happy Law and Prentice are good. Both underwhelming players who aren't consistent threats.

I wish we kept Odom but losing him isn't a catastrophe

Isn’t he alabamas first ever national Gatorade player of the year?
I know we have signed several state Gatorade players of the year from different states but I think he is our first national.
Or am I forgetting someone?
