Just looked at 247 recruiting class. The Top 14 players in the state are going to Auburn (10) or OSU (2). 2 are uncommitted and leaning elsewhere. We have #15. WTF?
Totally unacceptable and if it becomes a trend regular losses to the cow patch will ensue.

Y'all ain't heard anything on Michigan State RB commit Jace Clarizio

Can he rush the passer or stop the run? If not, pass on a 3 star running back.

Stealing recruits from MSU doesn't move the needle.

Have another good one coming in (Dear). The staff may anticipate a couple of departures

Justice Haynes is probably gone and I'm not too upset about it.

Haynes was severely overrated.

The dude has only had 97 carries over his first 2 years and averages over a 6.1 ypc. I’m not sure we have realistic expectations but he is doing pretty good.

Top 50 player and an edge guy. Nice pick up. Can he play Saturday? Lol

He has been committed since July

Great. So you weren't surprised by this.
Awesome.

Last year I would have said no but after this year I believe he is just good and not elite. He doesn't have elite speed or quickness.

So insummary, We lost a In-State 4 star RB and replaced him with a 3 star out of stater - that does not sound good.

I've read in this thread that Rogers has been very meh this year and isn't that big of a loss.

We got two commitments this evening and we're celebrating a guy who committed before the season.

The in-state RB we lost had fewer than 300 rushing yards his Senior season.

In summary we actually replaced an instate undersized change of pace guy that didn’t play rb much in HS with a complementary back that did and has pretty good film at the position. A side note is he is actually a 4* on some sites.
Besides why are we fretting on a guy that clearly didn’t want to be hear most of the season?
