He’s either completely ignorant or a massive troll. No in between.

What a totally ignorant statement. He played in ten games and is set to be a part of the offense this

They just brought Dippre in to start over him for this year. Maybe they go two TE more with the new OC, but otherwise where does anyone see him landing from a reception order with this group?

All four of Dippre, Lewis, Niblack and Outzs are considered starters and will be in the rotation. Alabama is in a good position. Not sure why you took a shot at Niblack but it was totally unwarranted and dumb. He will be a mismatch in the passing game which is something that Alabama has lacked at tight end for several years.

First off let me explain what I was trying to say, admittedly awkwardly.

Niblack has done nothing to indicate he can’t be a starter level contributor based on what we’ve seen to date.

That said I think the suggestion that we will have four “starters” at TE who will all play meaningful roles is nonsense unless we truly commit to a two TE approach.

If we don’t my concern was that his path to the flex/non-inline TE receptions and role is somewhat blocked now by Dippre who is only a Junior.

Can he potentially pass Dippre? Sure, but he’s not the starter against Texas unless something changes.

Then you add in the competition for receptions with the list I provided before all trying to eat and I’m less optimistic about him breaking out this year.

Wait until Milroe moves to a Bowers+ type of versatile role. HB/TE/WR and Widcat pkgs, unstoppable.

It’s really not that far fetched. Milroe is an electric athlete that could be used in multiple ways.

If Milroe doesn’t start I really hope he’s at least open to being utilized like this

Getting that guy the ball in open field omfg

Absolutely. I’m definitely not sold on him as a passer but there is no denying his athleticism.

If he stays at his current ranking with On3 he will be a 5-star at the end of the cycle.
