I think people who like skiing are lunatics. I get invited all the time and I always say why would I strap two boards to my feet and throw myself off the side of a mountain in the freezing cold. I'll see you back in the cabin where I'll be getting three sheets.

The girl doing the color is awful. I haven't heard her talk in 10 minutes
Ten minutes left in the second quarter and the color girl finally said something

Also, I expected a lot more scoring in this game.

Here is an article about Slade being the scout team QB this week. I hope he has a good week of practice and shows off

Hope Slade did his jib this week.
The last option team ran through us like (as my Jr. High basketball coach always said) the black diarrhea.
Way off topic, but since he's apparently going to redshirt, and has three games left, I'd love to see him come in tomorrow and run the triple option with Jacobs and Harrisx2.
That would be serious fun to watch.

Interesting. Conference championship games would essentially be useless.
But if you scaled back the normal regular season schedule to 10 games by eliminating every team's cupcakes it actually could work with 14 total (3 possible playoff and Natty).
Question would then be, how would you structure the normal bowl prep break..?
Maybe a two week off period after the 10th scheduled game.
Then a bye week before the Natty like the Super Bowl for the two teams that advance.

LINK ]Two A&M commits make big jump in new Top247 (GigEm247)

Though 247Sports continually updates its rankings, the Top247 for the class of 2019 has seen a big overhaul and there was a lot of movement with Texas A&M commits and targets as well as players across the Lone Star State.
As a reminder, the Top247 is just one of the components that goes into the 247Sports Composite rankings that are used to compile the team recruiting rankings. . . .
THE OTHER AGGIE PLEDGES
No Texas A&M commits had major drops. Several fell a few spots, though, as players like Cupp and Leal moved up.
Mansfield Legacy cornerback Jeffery Carter is still ranked very high. He comes in at No. 29 this time around after being No. 26 last time.
Carter, who is still in contact with Alabama and plans to officially visit Tuscaloosa later this month, suffered a season-ending shoulder injury a few weeks back but should be healed in time to go through spring ball after enrolling early. . .

Seems like I remember when the Playoff came into existence and everyone was yelling about 8 or 12 or 16 teams the "committee" had agreed that there would be NO change in the number for 11-12 years. Just something I recall, designed to keep having to re hash the debate every year... (HASNT worked) and I could be mistaken? but what I recall.

I told him to make sure they know he’s ran Auburn’s offense the last 4 years as well. So hopefully he’ll help the team prep next week too. Well of course he’ll help, but at QB instead of WR.
