This is my 22nd year teaching and coaching. Gonna give em 3 more years then on to something else . Kids are fine, administration and state mandates, testing, paperwork ,etc take the fun out if it and have a lot us burned out . Wouldn’t change anything though . Hate we have spiraled away from recruiting and I apologize for my tech ignorance and caused this to go downhill
