1. CHRIS BRASWELL, WDE, BALTIMORE ST. FRANCES

Chris Braswell is the No. 1 weakside defensive end in the industry-generated 247Sports Composite class of 2020, and he showed why when I saw him play against Oakdale (Conn.) St. Thomas More. Braswell is remarkably quick coming off the edge and he knows how to use his 6-foot-3, 211-pound frame well. He has a litany of offers, and he visited Penn State in late September for its game against Ohio State. He said he was visiting Ohio State this weekend for its game against Nebraska, will be at Georgia on Nov. 10 for the game against Auburn and is slated to visit Alabama for the Iron Bowl against Auburn on Nov. 24.

3. DEMON CLOWNEY, WDE, BALTIMORE ST. FRANCES

Class of 2020 four-star defensive end Demon Clowney, who is the cousin of NFLer Jadeveon Clowney, was explosive, had great chance of direction and he accelerated well toward the ball carrier. At 6-foot-4, 225 pounds, he has a great frame and can easily carry 250 pounds. Clowney made a visit to Penn State for its game with Ohio State, and the Buckeyes are high on Clowney's list, although they are yet to offer. The No. 6 weakside defensive end in the 247Sports Composite is also looking at a return visit to Georgia this month.

5. SHANE LEE, ILB, BALTIMORE ST. FRANCES

Shane Lee, who is the No. 5 inside linebacker in the 247Sports Composite, is taking to playing in the middle during his second season at the position. The Alabama commit, who will enroll in January, was more natural playing middle linebacker for Baltimore St. Frances when compared to last season. He reacted more quickly, ran downhill well and he displayed good body control. He is college ready from a strength and size standpoint at 6-foot, 243 pounds. He also improved his ability to shed blocks and run to the sideline.

6. DARRIAN DALCOURT, OL, BALTIMORE ST. FRANCES

Darrian Dalcourt moved from offensive tackle to center this season, and the position fits the four-star Alabama commit well. Dalcourt, who is rated at the No. 14 offensive guard in the 247Sports Composite, is quick and powerful. He stays low and has a strong initial punch. He engages the defensive player and drives his legs well in the running game. He has the dexterity to get out and pull quickly, and in pass protection he is able to chip one defensive lineman and get to another. He is strong and flexible.

Apparently Orgeron has decided not to host any official visitors this weekend.

I can understand on several fronts. No time on Friday or Saturday to deal with recruits and give them the attention they want prior to the game. Also if it turns out like everyone outside of LA thinks I doubt the mood would be great on Sunday for recruits.

A win win for Coach O in a way. UA wins the atmosphere will be great no matter the score. If they win the momentum in December for OVs will be off the charts because they should be able to win in Atlanta if they past us.

If the kid truly loved LSU and wanted to be the next Kevin Faulk, Leonard Fournette, or Devin White he’d tell Saban to “kiss my arse I’m staying home to help win a NC at LSU” .

I must be dumb, I can't remember how many national championships those guys won.

Excuse my ignorance, what is this and how serious?

I know how serious the separated shoulder is.

If you aren't afraid of a defensive player named Demon Clown I don't know what to tell you.

Trey Sanders CBd to Bama by John Garcia.

Kayvon Thibodeaux CBd to Oregon by 247 CEO Shannon Terry and UF mod Luke Stampini.

ETA: Shannon Terry's CBs aren't always correct. He CBd Daxton Hill to Alabama and John Emery to LSU (before Emery committed to UGA).

Oregon is so lucky to have all that Nike gear. That is the only thing that gets those kids up there.

Sure would be nice if Nolan Smith was a reverse Quay Walker this year. Payback.

I didn't realize 247 had an "all time" top 247, and they have Julio Jones ranked 26th.
