Ain't that the damn truth. When I watched in the 80s, I always wondered when he would retire. He was around the age that I am now

If you don't use a brick through a window, he'll never get the message.

Just coming to ask about him because I think he would be a great addition to this class.

I also wish we would have went after Faatui Tuitele

Just looking at film and highlights from this week. Id take this kid over any dline guy we have left on board. I think the days of us having the big run pluggers are just about over.

Yeah, but RS hasn't played football in two fricking years. The fact that IS is demanding that a school waste a scholarship on a kid that hasn't played in two years says a ton. His character is showing in this situation

Wish we would've took Ruggs brother last year and put him at LB.

Have a feeling it would have ended like Walker Jones... younger brother who isn't as talented gets passed by future recruits at his positions.

Maybe he addresses this in later tweets but this looks like it would push the Natty to mid-January or later in some years. Unless they move NSD this would put schools making playoff runs at a recruiting disadvantage. Granted most of the kids sign early now anyway bit I personally think the ESP is bad anyway.

It would also go against the NFL playoffs which is a no go and the conferences lose a lot of money from losing the game. I'm not sure this could work.

It doesn't because of it's conflict with CCG's, unless the conference payouts for the playoff are significantly higher and guaranteed whether or not they make the final 4.

You cant control that. Guys will get passed but that kid has athletic ability and plays with a motor. Think Ole Miss has him playing out of place tho. Put some weight on him and let him play outside linebacker and he would be a stud.

So did Walker. I just don't see the younger Ruggs as anything more than an average linebacker, and while taking him last year wouldn't have hurt, I'd rather have that spot and use it for the 29 this year.

So Sopsher trying to blackmail schools into signing his scrub brother? Bad look, dude. Weak play. Real ballers don't play games like that. They don't need to.

Bring on Pickering. And Sorrells.

I couldn’t imagine being the older brother and riding Ish’s coattails to a scholarship.
