Looks like our next commit is Marcus Banks.
Heavy run of CB on 247 for him to Bama (including Hank).
I guess I should no longer be surprised that I'm surprised.
And I guess we are not done with our Bobby Brown payback this cycle.

King looks great. Im king of off the Bogle train. I mean how many of those type of guys do we need. Wish we would focus on Pickens or another skill player.

4-star CB LINK ]Marcus Banks is set to announce his commitment at the All-American Bowl on Jan 5. And it appears he's decided to roll with the Tide.
After Hank South (BOL) talked to Banks at the check-in there this morning there are suddenly 11 new Bama CBs. Until today, the CBs were trending heavily to Texas A&M.
Todays Bama CBs include Hank, 247 nat'l mods Wiltfong & Ryan, ATM mods Perroni & Sayles, LSU mod Embody, FSU mod Nee and a UF mod, among others.
Banks' finalists are Alabama, Florida, FSU and Texas A&M. He has OVd all four. Banks said his decision has already been made.

No clue. We were apparently taking Battle with Hill so Banks may just be a substitute for Hill.
Hill flipping back to Michigan is a "strange Hill to die on."

Hyped that King looks so good (love him) but man I really want Bogle.
Would love to have Pickens too though. I would be more willing to give up a DB commit (which doesn't seem to be what's going to happen - but what do I know) for Pickens than Bogle. FWIW, I believe you rotate DBs far less than rush ends (I also believe they get hurt a good bit less).

Josh Harvey (247 Network Video / Team Sites Producer) just CBd Khris Bogle to Miami. He'd CBd Marcus Banks to Bama shortly before that.

Just from what i saw last night while looking on youtube i dont see Bogle leaving Fla. He will fall for the Diaz hype that the fans are pumped about. Glad we have Harris and King. With Latu and Anoma we will be ok on pass rushers imo.

I kind of will be surprised if he picks us after Miami hired Diaz, but FWIW he did attend one of our bowl practices and the game so I definitely think he's interested in Bama.

Byron Young said today that he's been working mostly on Sopsher but also on Fuller, recruiting them to Bama.
Young also said he's 100% solid with Bama and rooming with Alfano for the All American Bowl this week. Alfano will work on Young like he did Eboigbe to make sure he doesn't get any foolish thoughts about flipping.

We need to see what happens with Young and Sopsher. If we sign both, we are likely done at DL. If we miss on one or both, we will be looking to sign a guy like Sorrells.
