I believe the ESD dead period allows phone contact. But not sure on the specifics.

I'm not that concerned about Sanders. I think he ends up at Bama. I mean he keeps coming back honestly it's rare for a recruit to commit to a school he decommited from

That story seems to contradict what coolmountaindawg posted. It seems like it was always Alabama. No mention of Kirby at all.
