Battle was nobodies backup plan. He and Hill arent the same types of players. Give me DJ Williams, Neal, and no flips and we good.

Just gotta wonder if "Bama Fatigue" is real among recruits now.

Would have been a just fine day if we hadn't lost Dax.

He picked Michigan over Bama. Obviously he isn't smart enough to learn Saban's defense.

Am I doing it right?

I don't think Dean will go to UGA. Since he has transportation issues . So OM it is.

Well, at least Hill is going to Michigan where we will never have to deal with him. Unlike these other guys committing today.

There should be a thread just for when people want to melt. I mean for all sports and situations.

He did it on impulse IMO, and his parents were steadfastly against us and basically locked him down until he agreed to go to Michigan. That's why he never did any interviews or anything.

SMH parental involvement in recruitment has always been something I dislike. Even when it benefits us like with Tua, end of the day the final decision should be the recruits without parental interference.

I think "Saban is old" chant from rival coaches is becoming a very real problem for us in negative recruiting.

They made him sign his LOI at home instead of going to school to do it with his teammates.

At the end of the day you can either commit to us, or commit to losing to us. Those are your options and they are only escapable if you go somewhere outside of the SEC.

Even then...

This is the real signing day. NSD is just a relic of a past age, it's basically a late signing period now.

Not for us.

We still can land Sopsher, To'oto'o and Khris Bogle in February. Possibly one or two more.

Yep, remember when Kirby and Saban did an interview for the National Championship last year and Kirby said something about Saban being around for five more years.

Yeah, I don't like this split signing bullshite. Hopefully it will go away. Even if it doesn't, I'll bet the early signing day just takes over completely.
