Disagree with that. Hr just got the fourth star a couple weeks ago I believe. His potential is off the charts IMO. I do see why they like Beal though. He is big and can really move. Nasty as well saw some video of gouging some guys eyes out.

Looks like my prediction for doom and gloom is coming true. The writing on the wall for this class was visable months ago, but everyone said it would get fixed.
Langham would be a huge loss, no reason he shouldn't be in this class, especially since Bama might not even sign 8 tomorrow.
Beal will be in LSU's class if they have a spot and chances are they will have a spot.
If Brown flips, this will go down as Saban's worst class. The one class where Saban didn't get the players he absolutely had to have.

Don’t bother coming back when you’re incorrect tomorrow.

I see we have gone from "fluid" to "pre-melt".

Having a meldown aren't you?

Dude we get it. You think the class sucks. You've reiterated it 50 times.
Posted on 2/6/18 at 2:41 pm to CapstoneGrad06
Ah I thought Langham was inside.

What is wrong with this class again?

You really want to argue that Moody and Beal were at the top of our board a couple of months ago? Or Braxton Barker was? Common' man. Some of you guys are such homer nancys that you can't even call a spade a spade. Saban is not infallible. It's ok to point out mistakes and misses.
Pointing out misses is fine, but that is a completely different statement than saying it's like the Shula era. Maybe tone down the retarded hyperbole.

I think you miss understood what I meant. I am not gloom and doom on this class, however if we have an offer out and the recruit goes somewhere else, it’s OK to say we just got beat on a recruit. Not the 11th hour sour grapes “ we didn’t want him” stuff that makes us look bad IMO

Those none recruiting coaches got us a Championship
Those coaches were getting their butts handed to them on a silver platter until Saban put in the 5-star freshman QB and the freshmen WR's, RB and LT. At the end of the day, it takes elite talent to produce an elite team that wins championships. That's why this class is a bit concerning to some of us. And no that does't make us bad fans, and no that doesn't mean we're on suicide watch. It just means this class is way out of character for Saban classes, and it would take a blind fool to argue otherwise unless Saban pulls some rabbits out of his hat tomorrow.

I brought him up a couple of times last spring and summer. But since his offer list was average at best. And was a lowly three star at the time, no one saw his worth. He blows up late, and every melts if he doesn’t fit in the class.
That’s the point I’m trying to make. What’s the real difference in Beal and Langham? I’d much rather take the in-state kid, but what’s the difference here?

What really confuses me is that we've turned down good players the entire cycle for guys who don't really want come here lol.

I agree with you. I want the in state kid as well and Beak looks more athletic IMO.

You can’t say that with absolute certainty
No doubt about it, it’s just speculation based on needs and wants. But I’m pretty sure that the staff wanted both Beal and Langham however maybe you’re right and Langham was viewed as a filler or project in their eyes. Wish Nick would answer my damn texts and stop ignoring me

It sounds like you are on suicide watch.

On a positive note Justyn Ross and jaylen waddle would probably make our wr unit the best in the country next year.

This place has become a dumpster fire in the last 15 minutes.
Been a dumpster fire for a while.
Alabama is one month removed from winning its 5th title in 9 years yet grown men are melting over GUESSES writers looking to sell clicks are making about where around 6 kids will sign tomorrow and declaring the staff to be failures.
Pretty damned embarrassing.
