Everything you post is negative.
Beginning to wonder if you're trolling

thanks for posting the interview, TS. sounds like a good head on his shoulders. maybe the mentality of GMac, but with the size and playing style of AJ?

Nah. It's done. They're just laying the groundwork for if Locks leaves after a year for a HC job somewhere so the kid will know, "it's really Saban's O and this is what we'll do the entire time you're here, regardless of who the OC is"

Does sound like a smart young man. Wall Street comments make it seem to me like he might be leaning that way. And the comment about being glad he has a chance to experience the visit. Can’t blame him either way. Best of luck to the young man whatever he decides

In all honesty, If we were not a Bama family and my son had a full ride to Princeton, I know what I would do.

Going to Princeton doesn't ensure success in life.
Connections do and that isn't promised anywhere you go.

A full ride to an Ivy League school is a pretty good jump start

You may be reading too much into the way White stated what the coaches told him. My take is that while they were showing him film with Daboll as OC, they were telling him the offensive pilosophy doesn't change due to a different OC. They told him Saban sticks to a physical balanced pro-style offense, adjustable to fit and exploit QB and skill players' strengths. I don't think Locks and Enos were implying that the new OC is still TBD. Even though it hasn't been officially announced, it's been widely reported (per "sources") that Locks will be OC.

White seems like a smart kid with one helluva decision to make. Can't blame him either way.
I'm guessing the coaches told him he could excel academically at Alabama, go to Princeton/Yale/Harvard for his MBA and still do all the things he wants to do and still have the experience of playing football at Alabama.

I hope Bama suggested that option to White, because that's what I'd do if I were in White's shoes. He'd end up with an excellent UA BSBA degree, prestigious Princeton MBA and many more great $port$ and busine$$ world connections.

They give out scholarships to people who play sports though. RB I played with in HS got a full ride there.

I haven't seen anything saying he has any kind of Princeton scholarship.

What full ride? You don't even know what you're talking about.
I was actually recruited by Ivy League schools in high school and they don't offer full ride scholarships.
Their "offer" is grants and financial aid dependent on your family's financial status.
I stand by what I originally said.

This. You could actually get an Ivy League education though for less than the cost of an Alabama education if your family financial status is at a certain level.
That said, White doesn't seem to be in that financial situation.

Saban visited 4* safety Leon O'Neal, Jr. this morning. He plans to take an OV to Bama this weekend.
O'Neal was on the verge of commiting to ATM last night, but Swinney visited him just prior to that, and now Bama is also in the mix.
Julius Irvin will commit to UW tomorrow, and Saban will not be visiting him tonight as originally planned.

Not trolling, just realistic. Bama isn't going to land everyone.
