Meh. Ruggs is going to pick the school that he's been the most comfortable with the longest.

Josh Newberg = Captain Clickbait

"I honestly feel that my Twitter account is more important than my resume...the number of followers can be a negotiating tool in contract talks because it represents a built-in audience that will come with you if you move from one company to another.” - @joshnewberg247

Like Chidi-Okeke a few years back, was getting offers without playing a snap yet.

Transferring out of LSU now...

FSU has put some stud receivers in the NFL lately, but obviously so has Bama. I'm sure they are pitching to him that they are a pro style offense that passes the ball at a high level, etc.

I guess FSU is counting Fred Belitnikoff as alum with success as NFL wide receiver, with recent success.

Benton OVing to Auburn

quote:

Alabama linebacker commit Markail Benton is currently on an official visit to Auburn, his father confirms to BamaOnLine.

Earlier this month, Benton scheduled an official visit to Georgia, before canceling the trip to have surgery on his knee and shoulder. At the time, the four-star linebacker said he was considering taking an official visit to Auburn. Last week, Benton was in Tuscaloosa.

Benton's father, Chris Lee, tells BamaOnLine despite the trip to see the Tigers it is "most definitely" Benton's intention to sign with the Crimson Tide on Wednesday.

Last summer, the Phenix City (Ala.) Central linebacker committed to Alabama over Auburn -- the longtime presumed favorite -- and Florida State.

At 6-foot-2, 237 pounds, Benton is rated the No. 7 outside linebacker and the No. 98 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite.

Well ed's an idiot because I guarantee you it isn't down to 2 schools. He's made his mind up if he's signing Wednesday. These kids say they didn't know up until 5 minutes before they signed but that's a god damn lie.
