Tua is claiming that him and Najee will be flying to Bama together after the game. Seems to be a done deal for you guys.

I hope so.

Michigan coaches feel really confident but Najee is in daily communication with our staff. Ready for this drama to be over.

They've done a great job recruiting him, but if he was going to flip he would've done it by now. There's no need to string Bama along if he decided on UM. To me, it appears like he gave them all the chance in the world to change his mind, but in the end they just weren't able to.

He also said that there is buzz from one of the 247 analysts that our assistant coaches are losing confidence.

Well, our assistant coaches are busy preparing for a national title game. I doubt they are communicating their confidence level on a commitment with anyone right now, much less some analysts from 247.

When Watts or Terry sound worried, someone let me know. That's when I'll worry too. Until then, I'm just trying to get work done and get packed for Tampa biznitch (yeah, I'm bringing that back)

Alabama QB commit Tua Tagovailoa told 247Sports that Harris and him were “on the same flight,” from San Antonio to Birmingham on Sunday. Harris said earlier the week he wouldn’t deliver a final announcement after Saturday’s U.S. Army All-American Bowl; instead he’d quietly get on a plane and show up in either Alabama or Michigan.

“Everybody is making up stories, and making up stories I think to Michigan is what everyone is saying,” Tagovailoa said.

After the All star game, Tua needs to be handcuffed to Harris. The keys to the cuffs will be in Tuscaloosa. Sometimes ya gotta get dirty

Michigan fans think Tua is lying. I'm sure a guy who leads Bible studies at almost every camp he has been at is just lying for the heck of it.

Either we get to bask in the meltdown of Michigan fans/recruiting analysts or Najee has pulled one of tGOAT troll jobs on Bama (fans, coaches, writers, and recruits).

He should take his trolling to another level during the game and wear one Bama glove and one Michigan. If he scores a TD show both of them. I think people's heads would explode.

Wiltfong reported that Najee's coach was saying he will probably fly back to California because he doesn't think he's packed.

It's altogether possible, IMO, that his mom/other family could be either flying or driving his luggage there. Driving would make sense if Najee already has a car. (which, of course he does if he is actually signing with bama amirite?)

He should get a flight to Birmingham with a layover in Detroit.

No way Tua would lie about it. From everything we all have read, Tua and his family are about as straight forward and honest as they come.

When Najee was tracked down in the hallway, he had this to say:

quote:

Tracked down for confirmation in the hallways of the Grand Hyatt hotel, Harris playfully said, “What flight? I don’t even know my flight.”

According to the UM registrars office, classes start today at UM. So wouldn't he have to be there, enrolled, and in classes starting today? If that is the case, how could he possibly be attending Michigan?

You can enroll up to a week later if it's like Alabama. You just have to pay extra I think.

I'm pretty sure they are more than willing to be flexible with his registration.
