This surprises me. He's so overrated it's scary

Who knows what kind of offer it is? So many of our offers are "come to camp" or "wait and see" offers.

I haven't watched his highlights yet. What makes you think he is overrated? Level of competition?

Taking this down, but Alabama shouldn't take DeBerry unless he comes to camp and does better than I expect he would.

This is what 247 has as his skill highlights. A 6 for tackling for a LB who is rated that high screams issues.

First two CBs were for Bama, the last seven have been for Penn State.

I was wondering why two of the crystal ball predictions were for Bama. What's the connection?

So it seems that our friends on the UGA board think Kamara is going to them after a year in JUCO. Hmm...

I saw that. What recruit did Kamara "cost" us?

The weekend LF,Rudolph,Whitley,Tabor,ect.. visited, there were rumors pretty soon after that someone on the team was negative recruiting against us. All of those guys may have been going elsewhere either way but none of the uncommitted guys came here and Bama lost a commit that visited

Idk. There are rumors that he bad mouthed Bama to recruits on our biggest recruiting weekend in Dec. the alleged weekend was when Whitley, Wallace, Tabor, Rudolph, and Hootie were OVing.

For the record, that post is part of a running joke on the UGA board and SECr about UGA sleeper agent coaches and now players. I don't know that Kamara actually cost UA any recruits.

Carry on

No problema.

So how confident are y'all in getting him? You just brought in two stud running backs, and Kamara didn't seem willing with Bama to change positions. Where do you see him fitting in?

It depends on how our RB board breaks really. A think UGA wants 1 prototypical back and 1 all-purpose type. Kamara would be an all-purpose type. The top target is Taj Griffin at that spot, but it looks like he's probably headed to Oregon. After that, Kamara is in the mix with a couple other guys. I think he's the most talented one but the staff may want to bring in a freshman.

Confidence is high on UGA's part that we'll get Kamara if we want him. He's been tweeting current players telling them to "hold it down" until December. I think if he wanted to go to Clemson, he would already be enrolling there instead of JUCO.

From what I have seen, this appears to be the case. I am sure he is a talent take but UGA may be waiting to make sure they cannot land an equally talented freshman.

Pretty much this. I'd say that if UGA doesn't have a guy for that spot around August, they'll make a play for Kamara, and it would probably move quickly after that.

I don't know what happened but the last 6 CB predictions for Jake Fruhmorgen have been for Clemson, including ones from Charles Power and Lucky.
