Likely, but apparently you can "deputize" coaches to recruit on the road for you if you are understaffed at the moment.
There's another guy Adonis Thomas' HC alluded to helping them recruit off campus since the 2 coaches left...

Our 2016 oline may rival the 2012 line:
2014 recruits:
5* Cam Robinson
4* Ross Pierschbacher
4* JC Hassenauer
3* Josh Casher
(not including Dominick Jackson because he will be gone by then)
2015 recruits:
4* Isaiah Prince
4* Lester Cotton
4* Dallas Warmack
4* Brandon Kennedy
4* Richie Petitbon
3* Matt Womack
In two years, Cristobal will sign more oline than the previous three years.
That line? Damien Harris running behind that line? Gump so hard, mfers wanna fine me.
2014 recruits:

Alabama has been money in the Baltimore/DC/NVA area the last few years.

Azaar Abdul-Rahim.
He can't recruit off site though, don't think he's the other guy out there as Lupoi is recruiting the area for the time being.

Tosh Lupoi is from the west coast, but considered the best recruiter in the country.

Lucky said that if he had to rank the recruits in our class, if Charlot comes back in the fold he might be his #1 recruit, but would definitely be in the top 5 of our class. Speaks a lot about Charlot's ability considering all of the studs in this class.

I guess he was extended a spot FTR I'm glad they let him go ahead since he clearly wanted in & Bama needed a LT in this class to round out the OL haul
