I'm thinking Stidham is a long shot for us unless we incorporate some read option into the offense this year. Seems like he would probably want to go somewhere where the offense will utilize his running abilities more.

Gonna be hard to get him from the state(even though he's from Kentucky), between his HS being Art Briles' stomping ground and him talking about being TTech's Johnny Manziel.

I think we'll see a little more running from the QB if Coker/Sims is the guy, but not a lot. The zone read and pistol have been in the past offenses. And that was with McElroy and McCarron

Brady White is the guy I like, it would be nice to get over the hump at finally Top Pro Style QB and Top Pro Style offense in CFB finally coalesce. It is starting to get weird to see this many cycles in and the top Pro Style QB year after year go basically everywhere but Alabama.

Four-star running back Roc Thomas tried to commit in the fall of 2012 and on a Junior Day last January to Alabama. Alabama was still waiting on Leonard Fournette so they couldn’t take that pledge. And they had Bo Scarbrough committed and four backs that hadn’t yet signed in the 2013 class. After his second attempt, Thomas went underground hoping for an offer. Eventually he pulled the trigger for Auburn. Alabama tried to go back in late with Lane Kiffin. No luck.

Not gonna blame the staff on that one. They obviously felt that Fournette was the better back and felt they had a legit shot. They also know they had a stable of RB's (Yeldon,Henry,Drake,Tenpenny,Jones) plus a committed Bo that eases the pain of losing him to Auburn.

Is Kevin Tolliver II solid to LSU? Do we have a shot at him?

The local sports radio guys up here think Scout is the best recruiting site.

These Boise State fans are so excited about their 2 and 3 star class.

They can relate to Scout. It's like the mid-major of recruiting services.

My choice so far for 2015 QB would be Drew Lock. Kid can flat out play. Not sure how much interest he would have in Bama though.

It appears that some of our SEC brethern see a correlation between the length of our Megathread and the success of our recruiting, I think the 2014 megathread became an instant Rant legend once the 1000th page was struck
