If Oklahoma wins out, they will be in the top 4.

SEC can get two teams in if Georgia and Bama wins out until the SEC Championship Game and Bama beats Georgia. Then they will just need Oregon or Oklahoma to lose.

Cincy isn't getting in unless there are several two loss conference champions.

Suddenly you wonder if OU can drop a game to Baylor or Okie State and still get in

People will bitch about Cincy but they are in a pretty good spot

I disagree. They will not jump an undefeated UGA or a 1 loss UGA and a 1 loss UA. The B10 champ assuming it is either MSU or OSU they will not jump. The committee has made it clear that Oregon in their eyes is a better team. I believe if OSU wins out and has a close win over MSU they still would go before OU.

Just like UA getting the benefit of the doubt based on our history seems to be hurting OU based on their performance in the playoffs. How many times have OU gotten in and showed maybe they were not top 4 in the country.

I am not even sure that would help them at this point.

If anything I think Cincy helps us out and a few others ahead of them creating a buffer.

UA being #2 and if we drop a close game to UGA in Atlanta, leaves room for UA to still make it in depending on other games.

It’s hilarious seeing all the saltiness from non-Bama fans. I would have no problem with Bama being no.4. But these people are acting like this means Bama is guaranteed to get in even with a UGA loss. So basically making up scenarios about something that’s not even happened yet.

Cincy's SOS is pretty bad. Other than ND, Cincy scheduled 3 weak non-conference opponents: FCS Murray St. (3-5), Miami-Ohio (4-5), Indy (2-6). To earn a top-4 CFP ranking, a G5 team needs to schedule and beat several quality P5 teams.

Bama still has to play & beat LSU, AR, AU & UGA to get in. OSU has to beat Neb, MSU, Mich. & the B1G-W winner to get in. Other contenders, MSU, Mich, Oregon & OU also have to beat 4-5 more P5 teams to get in. But Cincy is more deserving just for beating ND & Indy and winning the AAC?

If Bama had to play any team in the top ten who do you think we'd beat? Cincy and Notre Dale would be my guess. We may lose to everyone else.

Bama will lose to all top 10 teams

We are enamoured by the brand and coach just like playoff committee .. on field shows completely different picture.

I cannot decide if losing to Ark or Aub is better to avoid SECCG embarassment

The way they played tonight? Maybe.
But, every other team not named Georgia, has looked like garbage most games with only a handful of dominant wins.

Come on!Every team on that list has issues out their arse except for Ga.And they do,in that,I dont believe they win a ring with Bennett at QB.Cant see it.

This is a strange year. For sure. For instance The ACC is already eliminated, unless you consider ND.

And I believe, when it is all said and done,Bucky Bedger(Who used to be referred to as the "Fighting Fat arse Alvarezs')will be a 3-loss Big 10 champion.

A lot of football still to be played.Of course I dont think Alabama is a championship caliber ballclub. Not in any way shape or form.Especially schematically. But I have seen a lot stranger things happen. But by now you are usually what you are as a team. And I dont expect the Coaching Staff to get any different or better the next several weeks.

ND may be the most over rated team in the top 10 and Cincy is only in the top 10 based on ND. ND has only beaten 2 teams with above .500 records.
