Damn. After the past couple seasons I forgot about other teams wanting our coaches.

I wonder if he'll leave immediately or coach through the CFP.

Good question. Coordinators have traditionally stayed on, and that was to go and become a head coach. So my sense is that he will finish the job here and then also work with MSU when he can.

That's a move up, so good for him.

I think the OLBs have been better, but I'm not sure about the special teams. Sure having Will never miss is nice, but we haven't gotten much out of our punt returns other than Calebs one long one. Kirby and UGA schemed a great return on us in the 4th quarter with dropping back two return guys and having one be a decoy on the other side of the field. He took half of the coverage with him which opened the huge hole for the big return.

Congrats to him. Bama continuing to churn out opportunities for our assistant coaches. This should always be a tremendous help when hiring replacements. I'm curious where we will look to replace an OLB coach...?

I think he would be crazy not to stay for the post-season. He has an opportunity for a ring, I'm sure he has a good relationship with the players where he wants to help them succeed in winning it all, and MSU doesn't have much to prepare for

Here's a crazy idea...

You know who is on staff as an analyst? Jamey Mosley. Why not give him a shot?
