Burroughs number 98 sure look quick off the ball yesterday on the DL. I know he played in mop up duty but they appeared to have their entire starting O while we were playing back ups. He got snaps early on and seemed to be making plays. 18 Ray seems to be working his way into more PT but I think some others have passed him by

I could definitely see a 51-31 type game.

I would be happy with a one point win. I think they are underestimating Kiffin. I hope I am wrong, be a lot better for my heart. LOL

Lots on Henry T in this game. He has to get the plays called and the players set. Apparently that was a big problem vs FL. We cant have our players not knowing what they are supposed to be doing while the ball is being snapped. Ole Miss will play faster. Our DC said any of our defensive formations, is better than no play call. Of course its on the coaches to make sure he can do the job, but IMO, this is why we have had so much trouble with the hurry up teams. Our defense is hard to run in that environment. And, Ole Miss might have the best QB and receivers in college football. But they just need to keep their composure and win the game.

i feel like one of the worst things that could happen, is bama jumping out to a big lead. unless they've come to understand that they have to continue to pour it on.

been a good long while since ive had the heebeegeebees over a game, like i have going into this game. not very confident the offense can score every series. even less confident the defense can get more than one stop against this juggernaut rebel offense. no doubt kiffin is chomping at the bit to unleash whatever hes been cooking up for the last year.

The lines for this game have been all over the place. I think 20 is the highest I've seen. I've also seen it as low as 14. The over/under is also at a high of 80 right now. I don't think there's even been 25 CFB games every to have an o/u of 80.

Implied score would be 50-30. At other books with a lower o/u and a line of 14, the implied score is more around 46-32.

not a better but if I was I would think Bama would not cover the 14 much less 20

But since I am drinking the koolaid I hope it is 48-21

I agree completely, If you look at last years film, the defense was still getting signals when the ball was snapped. For the first half, they were seldom ready when the ball was snapped. I'm sure this year will be different, even if we have to play basic defenses most of the time.

If the other team substitutes, its hard to do the hurry up because they have to give us time to bring in a sub and that gives us time to change the defense. The hard thing is we have to contain the QB and get some pressure, or he will pick on the linebackers with a fast receiver.

Kiffin's offense vs Golding's defense and we're a 20 point favorite?

You can downvote, but you know damn well you aren't putting your money on it.
