Saban showed no mercy to EddieO

Considering it was 45-14 at halftime and the final score was 55-17, I'd say Saban showed a lot of restraint.

2016 Alabama vs Ole Miss. The Rebs had beaten Alabama 2 years in a row, jumped out to an early 3 TD lead and looked poised to shock the world again, but the Tide just would not allow that. Great game if you like a little drama.

Jalen Milroe it is. Not that it is a surprise.

I so hope he proves me wrong. I know it's just Middle TN, but I hope we can see real improvement as far as reading the defense and making good decisions with the ball. I know everyone is jumping on the bandwagon...but I need to see something after what we saw last season. I hope he's a Heisman finalist at the end of the season.

I just hope he does enough to win the game. I don't care about Heisman. just keep doing your job.

I took that to mean, "Hey, by the way, how has Emmanuel Henderson been looking in practice?"

Right? Right?!

This is why I don't understand the people who are just adamant about him not being any good.

I will admit I have not been on the Milroe train. It’s not that I can’t see the potential, my problem with him is his decision making. If he protects the ball and can be more than a one read QB, he will be elite.

He's shown a lot. He's a super-talented kid. Hope to see him tear it up. Well earned start given the battle and pressure he faced.

Except for Milroe has been training as a college QB for 3 off seasons now and Reek is a WR. Completely different.

I don’t think y’all understood what I was saying.

I wasn’t agreeing with Budha. I was disagreeing. I just replied to the wrong person. My point is that Milroe is obviously better at QB than reek because he’s been trained as a qb.

Reek played qb some, but he’s not been through all the drills for 3 off seasons.

Milroe might not be Tua accurate, but he knows how to be a QB whereas Reek would be running around for his life.

Watching Louisville and Tech play, it made me realize the transfer from UL (Tyler something?) was virtually never heard from again after last offseason. Did he transfer again?
