Thought it was telling (and reassuring) that he was so clear that he was going to tailor the offense to the QB. I was hoping he would because he did at ND, but its good to hear him say it out loud.

I suspect Milroe would probably be running a system inspired by what Kelly did with Daniels at LSU last year with even more QB run baked in or Rees had for Buchner at ND whereas Simpson could likely run most anything you want.

Either way, I doubt Saban brought in a Kelly disciple if he didn't want to incorporate some of those sets into the "Bama Offense".

I don't think we've had an offseason with as much uncertainty as to our offensive philosophy since Lane Kiffin was brought in.

Outside of media days or the post-season, I honestly do not recall coordinators having as many press touch points as Rees and Steele have already seemed to have had.
