I agree. I had hoped for a bigger step forward this year but when you consider all of the injuries, being able to get back to the SEC tournament and a regional was a respectable season.

If you take away two weekend starters from any team in the conference and their year looks entirely different. We’ll never know the potential of this team. Hopefully, as mentioned, some more guys develop over the offseason and make some noise next year. Going to need a few guys who weren’t factors this year to be major factors next year. Both offensively and on the mound.

Yeah, NC.State's been on fire. After starting the season 4-9, they've gone 28-8.
They were primed to finish LaTech regional tonight.

may take a small step back next year but the strides made this year were huge. Feel like we are close to breaking through and we should be optimistic

I believe any of them can return, but most would probably have to pay their own way (which is why Kolby Robinson decided not to return this past season).
