Mizzou guy just stole home.

Impressive.

Good guys still winning 3-2 top of the 7th.

ETA: I think the catcher got the tag in time but it's going to be too close to overturn.

Great start to the series. A win tomorrow would be huge.

Dylan Smith has been a joy to watch.

Smith might have made some $$ today

And why isn’t Jackson Tate an everyday starter?

i have been asking about an OF starter for a while.

i only watched the last 3 innings but our pitching was great. Those 2 insurance runs bottom of 8 were huge.

Viper gets another day to rest up for tomorrow. I guess tomorrow is pitcher by committee.

Somebody was talking about a regional with a sub 500 conference record. What do y'all think are the chances?

We are about to walk into a warehouse fan over the next three weekends.

We're in good shape - winning tomorrow would be massive and then just compete in the Vandy/State series.

Really need to go to Baton Rouge and win that series. Would be a massive boost of confidence, even though they really aren't all that good.

I think 14-16 and we are in without much question. 14-16 has kind of been the bottom level the last few years. If we win tomorrow, we need to go 3-6 over the last 3 series to get there, which is doable (but still a challenge).

13-17 is much more of a stretch.

Have to win tomorrow.

Chris Stewart just mentioned the Bohannan has hit 100 wins in less than 4 seasons as a head coach.

And he started with a pile of rubble.

This team has done a good job. They had adversity with injuries and then clearly the bats were pressing to make up for it, but they settled down and have given themselves a chance to accomplish their goals of Hoover and the NCAAT.

Yeah. I wonder what it will take for him to sort of get over the hump? I know that for years East Coast Sox baseball has been placing most of its best players at Arkansas, Ole Miss, Miss State and LSU. A lot of those guys are coming out of Alabama too. We need more of our elite players staying home, and we need to pick up a few out of state elite players too.

We need more quality arms. An SEC team is not in a good place when Sunday's starter is TBA.

I tell you this much though. There's not a Friday night starter we can't pound.

some of you former players please him me understand how we can have arm injuries or soreness etc this season. Last season no one was over worked. This season no starter has started more then one game a week and rarely goes into the 7th inning.

Is it a S and C issue. Is it a diet issue. Is it a mechanics issue.

I have heard names like Guffey, Jean, and Prelipp just to name 3.
